Terry has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry, specializing in advising leading companies and broker/dealer groups in the distribution of their products and services. His particular expertise is in the independent intermediary distribution channel, chiefly in funds management and life insurance.
Terry has presented at many industry forums and is a regularly quoted in key industry publications.
Rod has over 15 years' experience in the financial services industry in a variety of senior management, business development and operational roles. In his last corporate role, Rod was responsible for the supporting and growing of a broker/ dealer group by helping advisors achieve their business and personal goals. This included the development and implementation of tailored practice management principles.
Rod also worked with large financial services organizations, advising on key distribution issues such as sales support facilities aimed at profitably increasing the volume of business from targeted independent professional financial advisors. Additionally, he has experience in the development and implementation of effective business support systems and services for a national retail distribution network.
Ray has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He has held numerous senior positions in the corporate world focusing on the distribution of investment and life insurance products to independent advisors and brokers. As well as this, he has worked closely with leading advisors for over 20 years helping to improve and grow their practices.
Ray is actively involved with a number of Australia's leading broker / dealer groups providing advice on growing and managing their advisor networks, and in particular, how to move advisors from "sales" people to "business" people. He is also a member of several high profile financial planning firms' advisory boards.
Tony's career in the financial services industry includes roles in marketing, business development and strategic and operational planning. He has worked in Australia and overseas for companies including Westpac, Reuters and Zurich
Tony has spoken and consulted extensively in both Australia and the United States on many issues ranging from broad industry trends to how individual advisors can implement key ideas and strategies into their business for maximum effect.
