Our Confidentiality Commitment

Unless prior agreement has been reached or your Health Check has been sponsored (either in full or part) by a third party, all information provided to Business Health Pty Ltd will be kept strictly confidential between your business and Business Health Pty Ltd. In the case where subsidization has occurred the sponsoring party will receive a copy of your Health Check results (unless we are notified to the contrary).

In all other circumstances no information will be disclosed or otherwise released to any other party except through consolidated data comprised from all participants' input - it will consequently not be possible to identify any individual business' specific results.
