What is the Sales and Marketing Plan?

The SMP tool allows an adviser to forecast revenue flow over a 12 month period, using their stated assumptions. These assumptions can be varied to allow various scenario testing. It also provides some valuable feedback on the capacity of the business to fulfill the revenue forecast, primarily looking at the number of appointments available versus those needed to achieve the revenue forecast.
